IC 1101 was the largest galaxy located 1 billion light years from the Milky Way in the Virgo constellation. He is also the king of the Abell 2029 cluster, which is his home galaxy cluster. He is so big he is 3/4 the size of the cluster. In the future he might consume the cluster. He was known as the biggest galaxy until ESO 383-76 was discovered.

IC 1101 was formerly thought to be the biggest galaxy in the universe, and so he thinks he is the best and the most powerful galaxy in existence, when in reality he is slowly dying and relies on consuming smaller neighbor galaxies to survive.
