Galatea, also known as Neptune VI, is the fourth-closest inner satellite of Neptune.

Galatea is more of a bully than his parent. He wants to change but can't, so he wants Despina to help him. He was in Betelgeuse's Alliance before he was the lowest evil in the alliance. (not evil) He never wanted to be evil in the first place.
